17th Century Thatched Cottage

Lovely 17th century cottage with character features but well modernised with underfloor heating and downlighters. Bedroom is a small double with sloping ceiling (see photo) on tatami mats to utilise the space. No TV in the room. Sharing with chilled owner only :-) Continental breakfast - bread, jams, cereal, yoghurt, juice, tea and coffee 17th century cottage with steep stairway to bedroom...not many stairs but steep Stonehenge ca5 miles, Salisbury 10 miles and Skydiving 1 mile away. All of Cottage is accessible bar my bedroom of course :-) Room is small but perfect for short stays Full access to kitchen, dining room, patio with gas bbq and living room Always happy to chat about the cottage and surrounding area....hopefully I don’t talk too much! Quiet country village, 5 miles from Stonehenge. 10miles to Salisbury If you’ve a hatchback you can fit on my drive behind my car, otherwise plenty of safe parking in the village. Satnavs seem to take you about 100mtrs too far. My cottage is directly on the high street, corner of pollen lane...if you pass pollen lane, then you’re too far. If you want a lovely place to eat then try Millstream SN10 3RH.. book in advance as they are always fully booked when I try to book for guests Only the steep stairway as already mentioned :-)
