COSY APARTMENT with air condition

We invite you to the cosy and modern apartment in the green area of Kolobrzeg - Podczele. It is only 700m through the park to get to the beautiful beach with lifeguard. This apartament has a living room connected with kitchen, sleeping room and bathroom (30m2 total surface). It is the most comfortable for 4 guests but is prepared for max. 7 guests. It is located on 4th floor in the flats building. Small food store in the building. Playground for children avaliable. We speak English. You can find: - two sofas in the living room ( (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) ) - big and comfortable bunk bed with pull-out bed for adults and childrens (3x 90x200) - air condition; - fully equipped in domestic appliances (fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven with microwaves, electric hobs); - table and four chairs; - beach equipment. On request small baby equipment (chair and bed) will be organized. - 700m to the beach through the paved lane in the park without cars. You find beach bar and supervision of lifeguards, near the building it is a low car traffic. - 250m to the nature. You can enjoy many bicycle and walking paths especially through the protected area of "Ekopark East"; - 40m to the playground (just near the building) - you can see it directly from the window (photo in gallery); 200m to the playfields (football field and basketball field); - 100m to the city bike rental service - automatic system (see in gallery). * Some of services are not available after Summer season. There are free parking places near the building. Additionally a bus stop is only 30m from the building.
