Within walking distance of three pubs. The Cottage is separate from the main house. The master bedroom has a large en-suite shower, and the second bedroom has a bath with shower. There is a double futon in the sitting room The bedroom and sitting room have french windows leading on to the patio and the second bedroom has its own entrance. The kitchen is equipped with modern cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. There are two smart televisions, wi-fi and off road parking. There is also a children's play areasith swings, a table tennis, football and netball nets. Sue and Jon are available to help guests using 30 plus years of local knowledge. Their daughter, Harriet, is also a co-host and lives next door and is super knowledgable about children’s activities in the area. Set within a private driveway Little Orchard Cottage combines the delight of being in the countryside with the convenience of being less than ten minutes from Henley-on-Thames, home to The Henley Royal Regatta, Henley Festival of Arts and Henley Literary Festival. The National Trust’s Greys Court is just down the road. Other attractions include Ascot Racecourse, Legoland and Windsor Castle, all of which are an easy drive away. Harry Potter world is an hour’s drive Heathrow airport is 40 minutes by taxi or bus from Reading Station, which is five miles away. The rail links from Reading are superb for the West Country Wales Midlands and Scotland. Trains from London Paddington to Reading are direct, frequent, and take just 25 minutes.
