Lake front home in Niagara region

A lakefront bungalow located in a gorgeous, friendly, safe neighbourhood and a short drive from wineries, orchards, sandy beaches, hiking trails on the escarpment and outlet shopping malls. 30 min drive from Niagara Falls and the Hamilton Airport, 1hr from Toronto. On Lake Ontario with a stunning view of the CN Tower on a clear day, and minutes from a beautiful park with a rocky beach. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids). The house is a renovated bungalow. It has an entirely new interior complete with spacious contemporary layout with antique furniture. The front of the house still blends in with the neighbourhood bungalows, but the back is more contemporary looking. It is very well insulated so it is quiet inside. If you open the window you will hear the sound of waves, but when closed it is nice and quiet. The space is complete with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, open concept dining room / living room, and an additional living room with a tv and fireplace (not shown in pictures. This area is part of the original bungalow - cute, and homey with a big bay window overlooking the front lawn). My husband, cat, dog and I will be living in separate quarters from you, downstairs. We have our own entrance, kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, etc. Driveway is shared, but all else is private. Very popular for dog-walkers, our street always has pedestrians going for a stroll along the waterfront. We are a two minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches in Grimsby. Our house if far enough from highway noise but close enough for easy access (2 min drive). There are double decker buses going to Niagara falls from Casablanca station nearby. Since we are in a small town, we don't have public transit. There are hiking trails along the waterfront and the Bruce trail runs along the mountain ridges. The inside is shoes free except indoor sandals. Absolute no smoking. No excessive drinking. The entire floor is covered with hardwood except the kitchen.
