The neighborhood is quiet but very close (5 minutes walk) to the heart of Aigio, to the beautiful beaches, to the dreamy mountain villages of Aegialia, but also very close to Patras (30 minutes), Kalavryta (45 minutes) etc. . You can reach the center of Aigio on foot in 5 minutes. There you will find the central square of Higher Alonia with its cafes and restaurants, the Aigio Park with a playground that transforms into an impressive Christmas and New Year's Eve park as well as the city's shops. You will reach the beautiful beaches of Aigio in 10 minutes by car. To the west are Alyki, Selianitika, Loggos, Akoli, Digeliotika but also to the east Nikoleika, Trypia and Diakofto. The magnificent Kalavryta is just 45 km away and you can drive by car or even better by train that begins the wonderful route from the village of Diakofto.
