Homely 3 bedroomed caravan on Mersea Island, Essex

Moments from the beach our holiday home is a cosy, well equipped, 3 bedroomed 35 ft static caravan with leisure decking. Sited in a quiet location on West Mersea's Waldegraves Holiday Park. Beautiful sea views, amazing sunsets and a private garden to unwind and relax in. The Park's facilities/entertainment for families are near at hand. Seafood has been Mersea's speciality since the Roman times. Colchester, a short drive away offers a wide variety of leisure and entertainment venues. This cosy holiday home is a 35 foot spacious caravan with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen has all the usual stuff like fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots pans, cutlery and crockery etc. Tea, coffee and sugar also loo rolls in cupboard. Iron & board, vacuum cleaner. The 3 bedrooms (bedrooms are usually made up as doubles) have duvets, and bedding supplied. Shower room and two toilets. TV & DVD. Outside private garden with furniture and decking seating. Guest passes for pool and clubhouse. The caravan has beautiful sea views and is a short walk from the beach. A sunny lawned garden, patio and decking provide the perfect place to relax. It is private and well screened from the wind. There is garden furniture and some buckets and spades. A family member will meet you on arrival to hand you the key and show you where everything is. Then it's up to you to have a relaxing holiday watching the amazing sunsets or joining in with the events on the holiday park....the choice is yours. Mersea is a beautiful small island about 8 miles square and is accessed by a causeway. (check tide times) . Well located for the Cudmore Grove Nature Reserve, crabbing, restaurants, boat trips and fishing. Colchester is nearby also Tiptree Jam Factory, Beth Chatto Gardens and Colchester Castle is well worth a visit. There is loads to do on the holiday park such as crazy golf, pitch and putt, live entertainment, playgounds and children's daytime entertainment, restaurant, shop and much more. Or just relax and recuperate . B1025 to Mersea Island Cross the Strood via the Causeway (check with me regarding high tide times) Left fork towards East Mersea Second turning on right to Waldegraves Holiday Park Drive past reception and take second entrance on left (gated) You will see an enclosed area with caravans sited around a green.
