Bryggargården flexible family living by the sea

Bryggargården, Råå’s 17th century brewery is as charming as Råå itself, yet comfortable for today’s living standards, as it’s been extended until the 1980s. What’s most amazing about Bryggargården is its location, minutes from the sea with long sandy beaches, a marina and a cold bath house with sauna. The old fishing boats bring in fresh fish in the morning and cyclist to Ven on daily returns. Helsingborg is 15min a way, Helsingor 45min inkl ferry. There is plenty of fish in the river 2min away. Bryggargården got 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and 3 separate living room areas, 2 TVs, fully fitted kitchen with seating for 10 persons. Outside table and chairs and sun-loungers. Sleeping arrangements 3 bedrooms with room for additional beds. A common area with double sofa bed, and 2 single futon beds (which can be moved). 2 further sofas which can be made to beds excl the living room sofa and a baby travel cot. Bed sheets and towels are included, (beds are not made). For children: toys, books and games for boys and girls. For teenagers: games and table hockey. For babies: potty, child table seat, cot. 6 Bikes for children and adults; 2 x 16 inch, 2 x 24 inch, 1 x 26 inch, 1 x 28 inch. If there is anything your wondering about, please send us a message. All parts of the house apart from a locked store room. Al the garden and outside space, apart from one parking space reserved for the lodger Michael. The property is for the sole use of the guests, but if any assistance is needed we will come over and help. If guests need advice on the surrounding areas and things to do or places to go, we are happy to assist with making itineraries or suggestions. The neighbourhood is lovely, the property is at the end of the high street, there are lovely cafes and restaurants scattered around Råå, smaller quaint shops on the high street and a large supermarket 5min walk away. It’s a safe area with lots a dog walkers and runners out and about all hours of the day. There are lots of nearby playgrounds and a outdoor gym and mini golf by the beach. The house has been added on over the years hence its split downstairs with a walkway through it into the inner yard. The house can be accessed to the left through the front door into the hall, living room, kitchen and utility room, to the right, the annex with a further living area with sofa bed and futon singles and 2 bedrooms and shower room. The upstairs can be accessed via stairs from both sides, one set of stairs are quite steep, the upstairs hold a further living area with sofas (can be made into beds) and a work area with sockets for laptops and the 3rd bedroom as well as another shower room (this with angled ceiling so head hight is low in some parts. The outside has a secluded inner yard with table and chairs, the lodgers Michaels front door face the inner yard which he uses for access to his home. There is a small garden at the back which is mostly used for parking. Bikes are stored under the guest house, there are some beach and garden toys for younger kids.
