Pine Lodge - Lakeside Retreat

Pine Lodge is our newest Lakeside Lodge perfect for families of 4, couples wanting that extra bit of space or mixed groups. With a double bedroom on the mezzanine level, and separate bunk bed room below with full sized beds. You also have a separate shower room, spacious fully equipped kitchen, lounge area and tv facilities. The outside decking (child friendly) is on the edge of our lakes, maximising the stunning views across the water and beyond... you won’t want to go inside! Our lakeside Lodges are set on Headlands Farm Fishery, 18 acres of outstanding natural countryside with two lakes and away from noise and light pollution. Our guests are entitled to walk around the lakes and grounds (dogs must be on leads at all times). Pine Lodge is nestled into tall pine trees with private parking (just outside), decking, access to our Lakes and totally private. Pine Lodge has a cozy double bedroom on the mezzanine level with plenty of space for luggage and hanging, a separate bunk bed room below with 2 full sized single beds, large shower room with luxury organic toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you require and a spacious lounge and diner with tv... and views over the lakes! Help yourself to Breakfast, which includes: selection of cereals, sliced bread loaf, fresh farm eggs, milk, orange juice, jam, butter, marmite, tea, coffee & sugar. Alternatively, enjoy our on site coffee shop (Headlands Farm Coffee Shop) for a freshly cooked breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea as well as fantastic cakes and even better coffee! Open 9am - 4.30pm every day. Enjoy a bar-b-que or fire pit on your private lakeside area, 5 meters from the lodge. The market town of Romsey and Romsey Abbey are 7 minutes drive, you can explore the coast and Leap beach within 25 minutes and the City of Salisbury within 15 minutes. Set in 18 acres of grounds, there are lovely walks to stretch your legs in the morning. Fresh eggs to enjoy for your breakfast and many adventures on our doorstep. There is public transport near by to Southampton, Salisbury and Romsey. You are welcome to bring bikes and you have your own private parking.
