The barn conversion was once run as a Bed and Breakfast so the property is geered up for guests. (There are 3 other rooms) There is Internet on site. Kitchen, Lounge and Dinning Room all shared. There are 3 Bathrooms in the property with one near to this room. Hosts have been on Airbnb for over 7 years and look forward to meeting new guests. Cosy double room at the end of a large barn conversion. Toilet and shower facilities nearby. Seperate internet for guests. 40inch tv on wall. Guests can access most ground floor rooms including Kitchen, Dinning Room, Lounge, bathroom and Toilet. We live on site. Guests are welcone to interact with us or enjoy privacy of their own room. Paddock Cottage is one of four properties on site. The location is peaceful and quiet. Property is surrounded by farmland and Park areas, but still close enough to the A5 and M1, positioned nicely between Northampton and Rugby. Guests should use a car for transport, however walking or biking is suggested for enjoying the immediate area and beauty spots. Seperate internet installed. Guests are free to use it. Plus Chromecast smart tv.
