House with veranda near the sea, the beach bars, night clubs, historical center

This spacious, comfortable ground floor house, is full equipped. It has a beautiful private terrace, private parking, easy access to the city center and to the beach, to the main commercial Kanari street and the Delfinakia square. Although the house is located near the city centrer of Kos, in a short distance (only 10 min. on foot), from the beautiful beaches of Lampi with the fantastic blue waters and the famous music beach bars, where you can relax, meet people and make friends from all over the world. You can enjoy your time there, all day long. The cycle route, passes in front of the house and crosses the city. The famous night clubs (open until the morning), the coffee stores and the restaurants, are in a 2-5 min. distance by bike or 10 min. on foot, as well as the shops, the historical centre, the main square, the port, the castle, the street with the famous palm trees, the ancient monuments the super markets, the grocery stores and the pharmacy. All the above, make your vacation easier, pleasant and comfortable. Near home, there are plenty of traditional restaurants with delicious food and patisseries making traditional sweets and ice-cream, which are open till late at night. Not too far from the house, there is Delfinakia square, from where the tourist train starts its sightseeing tour and you will also find the commercial Kanari street. If you want to stay in the city, car hire is not necessary for this property. If you want to discover the island, explore and visit other hidden treasures like beaches, villages on the mountain or near the sea, we suggest to rent a car. If you wish, we can help you to rent a car, a motorcycle or a bike in the island. The house is located at short distance from the bus station. The taxi stand, is only 10 min. walk from the house, otherwise you can call a taxi. Finally, you can relax on the tour boats, while enjoying cruises private or in group, to the other islands. There is safety box in the house and smoking is allowed. We are at visitors disposal, if they so wish, so as to provide them with informations on their stay on the island.
