NEW Luxury Modern 3 Bed Near Train Station
Our new-build home is situated in Streethay, Lichfield just next to Lichfield Trent Valley train station with easy access to the A38. A modern three-bedroom home offering open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with French doors to a newly renovated back garden with BBQ and Fire Pit. The ground floor includes a WC, whilst the upstairs includes three bedrooms, a bathroom and an en-suite. On the front, there is parking space for 2 cars and free on-street parking for any additional vehicles. Our home is a new-build, and we've only been here a couple of years so the entire house and its contents are fairly new. The kitchen has all the usual integrated appliances as well as a Nespresso Coffee machine and Cuisinart Blender. The dining table can comfortably seat 6 people, but can extend to seat 8 people. The living room has a 4 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a large footstool, situated in front of a 55inch Smart TV. We have fast fibre broadband throughout the property which we will give you access to. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a 50inch Smart TV on the wall for watching movies in bed. The second bedroom has a regular double size bed with two bed-side tables either side. The third bedroom has a single bed that pulls out into a double bed. Please be aware, that as this is the smallest room in the house, when the double bed is pulled out, the room is much smaller so we would recommend using this room as a single only. Downstairs we have a WC, and upstairs we have one main bathroom that has toilet, bath, shower over bath and sink. There is an en-suite off the master bedroom that has a toilet, shower and sink. If you are only using the master and second bedroom, we may lock the third bedroom to store our things while we're away. This will be outlined before you arrive. We have recently landscaped the back garden, which now includes a 5 seater corner sofa situated around a gas fire pit. There's also a 6-burner gas BBQ. The whole garden has outdoor lighting. You'll have access to the entire property, except for a few storage areas that we'll use to store our things while we're away. This will be outlined before you arrive. Check-out must be done by 11am on the day of your departure. If you'd prefer a later check-out, this can extend to 3pm for an extra £15. I'm very flexible, if you'd like me to leave you to it then that's fine. If you'd prefer I greet you and show you around (if available) I am happy to do this too. On the edge of the beautifully maintained residential village of Streethay, just a mile from the heritage city of Lichfield, this attractively landscaped neighbourhood harmonises perfectly with its prestigious, sought-after location. There are excellent facilities currently available in Lichfield. Attractions at the Garrick Theatre, in the city centre, range from musicals and drama to comedy and dance. The city’s leisure attractions include superb open spaces like the beautiful gardens and sports facilities at Beacon Park, close to the library and museum, and Stowe Pool, popular with anglers. Friary Grange Leisure Centre includes a swimming pool, gym and sports hall, and nearby opportunities for more adventurous days out include Karting at Fradley Park and motorsports at Curborough Sprint Course. Lichfield’s charming traditional shopping streets, with their local traders, speciality shops, pubs and restaurants, are complemented by high street names and fashion outlets at the Three Spires Shopping Centre. Local supermarkets include a large Tesco, Aldi and Lidl. There is a well equipped children’s playground a few minutes walk from our home, and superb opportunities for walking in the local countryside and enjoying the colourful pleasure craft on the Coventry Canal. The Plough, in Huddlesford, is a traditional, family friendly country pub and restaurant which can be reached by a pleasant canalside walk of less than a mile. Lichfield Trent Valley station, less than a mile away, is a stop for services between Crewe and London Euston. The station’s high-level platform is the terminus of the services to Redditch via Birmingham, with New Street station around 40 minutes away. Close to the A38 and just four miles from the M6 Toll motorway, our home is close to frequent bus services serving Burton upon Trent and several local villages as well as Lichfield city centre.
