Ideal for business travelers and families with teenage children. Our home is not "childproof" but with that being said, all are welcomed. We even love dogs with 10 pounds per day per dog surcharge. Sorry no cats! The front door is equipped with a RING doorbell, this is the only video security system we have on the property. Our home is tastefully appointed with furnishings from NEXT HOME. We are walking distance of Tynemouth Longsands, Tynemouth Village, and spectacular Cullercoats Bay. Our home is extremely bright with picture windows front and rear. In our living room, we have a Sony TV and audio system, and wifi. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee gazing out over our expansive private garden as you soak up the sun as you read your Kindle, iPad, newspaper or your favorite novel. Look inside either ottoman you might find a surprise? The upstairs bedrooms provide privacy and comfort as you regroup after a long day of sightseeing, shopping or strolling along the Longsands taking in the ocean breeze. Our guests have access to the entire home and private garden. The garage is off-limits. Our home manager, Maureen is available for questions, services or emergencies. Our neighbourhood is charmingly English. Upscale amenities include a Mister Woods Coffee and a Sainsbury’s at the corner along with a Shell gas station. Shopping in Whitley Bay is five minutes away. There is room for one car in our driveway along with plenty of parking along the service road in front of the house. We have a very large private garden, we look forward to updating next summer.
