Chimney Barn

Chimney Barn is on the grounds of a Grade II listed (450 yr old) property in a conservation area (rural setting) just outside Maidstone, Chimney Barn is close to Linton Park House, Estate, built in the 1730’s and now owned by an international agricultural company. The park has lots of Stunning walks throughout the country side, over looking Marden and the surrounding areas. The Bull Inn is also within walking distance and a very popular local pub and restaurant, with garden and stunning views. The space consists of a large double bedroom with king sized bed, tea/coffee making facilities, WiFi, TV with all Freeview channels. A bathroom adjoins the room with a shower. Within the barn is fridge, microwave and tableware for guests to use. The barn is on one level with its own front door and has free parking for one car directly outside behind an electronic security gate. The hosts are available throughout your stay Our neighbourhood is very friendly, we have a good relationship with all our neighbours, and we look out for each other. We are a small village with a neighbourhood watch scheme and a local parish magazine for the residents. If you like cows, we have Sussex Cows grazing in the fields opposite our property with many stunning walks and footpaths throughout the countryside. Close to the property is a bus stop with easy access to Maidstone town centre and surrounding areas. Marden train station is within 3 miles with frequent trains to London within 45 minutes.
