There are many local walks and a variety of local food delivery options available. Open plan living, dining & kitchen area. Spacious & airy master bedroom with reading nook. Fantastic mix of countryside living alongside having a city on your doorstep. Just opposite a popular farm shop with a tearoom & a 10 minute walk to country pub with excellent food. Winchester itself has many historic buildings having once been the capital of Wessex. It also has a cinema, museums, National Trust mill, cathedral, farmers & arts & crafts markets, theatre and numerous lovely restaurants, including the Ivy, Rick Stein & Brasserie Blanc. Winchester is a a short drive away or a 30 minute riverside walk if you're feeling energetic! There's a regular (every 15 min) bus service into town and London is only a hour away on the train. There's a bus stop a 10 minute walk away on Worthy Road, the Spring bus services runs every 15 mins Monday to Friday, 20mins on Saturaday and every hour on a Sunday. The Granary has one dedicated parking space for guests, immediately to the right of the building. There is a layby on Springvale Road & a large car park in Cobbs farm shop directly opposite. Entrance and patio area next to a pond with a low wall but small children would need to be supervised at all times.
