Brand new kitchen with hob, cooker, microwave; beautiful shower room, sofa, reading area, dining table (or hot desk), large comfortable double bed, parking. All just a few short steps from fantastic restaurants, cafes and independent shops of Lindley (and a short walk from The Manor House, Lindley). When you arrive at The Hideaway, which is tucked away from the main street of Lindley, there is a private parking space and front door. On entering the elegant studio flat you’ll find the open plan space has a fitted kitchen area, dining table, reading corner, wall mounted television, sofa, and wall unit which conceals the pull down bed. The Hideaway has free super fast wi-fi, which together with the table and chairs makes it a great work space for weekend business trips. The wall-mounted TV has Freeview channels. The super comfortable pull-down double bed takes just a few minutes to open and put the pillows and duvet on and pull down the black out blinds. Open the tall cupboard to find a hanging rail with coat hangers, iron and ironing board, extra pillows, makeup mirror and an umbrella in case you need to nip out to the shop when it’s raining . The shower room has the hotel feel, with a walk in shower, heated towel rail, full length mirror, complimentary soap and high quality shower gel . White Company luxury bath sheets and hand towels . There’ll always be high quality shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom too. It’s a bind traveling with all that stuff! The Hideaway is heated with two electric wall heaters (work very efficiently and warm almost immediately, easy to use too, but instructions are in the printed in kitchen drawer ). The kitchen area is very well appointed with: Oven and Hob Microwave Fridge Washer dryer Sink (washing up liquid provided) Kettle (tea and coffee provided) Toaster Crockery and glassware (mugs, plates, wine and water glasses, cooking utensils, chopping board) Tea towels The Hideway is for the guest's sole use, with own front door and parking space. Check in from 3 pm, check out at 11 am. Flexible check in with a key safe, you will be advised of the code before you check in. Lindley is a thriving little area of Huddersfield with independent shops, cafes, some really great restaurants and bars and wedding venue, The Manor House. Highly recommended to visit restaurants are Eric's Restaurant, Pax Burger, Lindley Tap Bar and Grill, and The Manor House Lindley. Home British Tapas . There’s Hartleys bakery in front of us for great take away coffee and sandwiches - and we love Bubble and Squeek - also 30 seconds away and Dolce Vita - 5 minutes walk away for breakfast . Lindley also has some lovely bars with The Botanist and Bar Ten in walking distance of The Hideaway. Lindley is actually the trendiest and most sought after neighbourhood in the area these days ! The Hideaway has it's own parking space, it is about 7 minutes drive (or short trip in a taxi) from Huddersfield Train Station, and is well served with local buses. But with the absolutely brilliant plethora of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops in Lindley, you won't need a car as these are really just a short walk away. The Hideaway has it's own parking space which is easy to access - I park a Range Rover Sport there ok and I’m not known for my “ exceptional parking ability!”. Pull into the area in front and reverse in - watching the angle . There’s on street parking available close by on the next street too . Any questions just ask.
