This traditional Istrian villa (dating back to 1920) sleeps 4 people and retains much of its original charm and character offering comfortable accommodation in a relaxed and homely environment but with the modern amenities of air conditioning, SAT TV, DVD and WiFi. It has a spacious lounge/dining area with rustic-style furnishings, a tiled floor, a central table with four chairs and an open fully equipped kitchen. The lounge also has a convertible sofa bed and a wood burning stove that guests are welcome to use. On the ground floor there is also a bedroom with two single beds, shower room and a guest toilet (washing machine). The upstairs accommodation is accessed by a spiral staircase and comprises of one double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath and hand-held shower. Outside is a private pool set in spacious surroundings of the well-maintained garden with a variety of trees and plants, and a paved terrace area and a large stone-built barbecue, ideal for relaxing evenings and al fresco dining.
