Welcome in our house. Here you can relax and be inspired by the beautiful surroundings. Wellspring is a warm accommodation for groups of up to 15 people. We used many natural materials during the renovation, the group space was finished with clay, with a cork floor (no shoes policy). There's a warm dining and relaxation area with a wood stofe, a kitchen and a garden with a terrace and several (covered) seating areas. The building is located on the edge of the village and from here you can walk into the forest in all directions. The hall, dining room/relaxation room and guest rooms can be rented and offer space to groups for holidays, courses, training sessions, ... The following spaces are included: * group space: 60 m2 * dining & sitting area: 30 m2 * 6 2p and 1 3p guest rooms: 16 sleeping places * kitchen: 11 m2 * terrace: 50 m2 NEDERLANDS: Sankt Thomas ligt in het dal van de rivier Kyll, en is volledig omgeven door een uitgestrekt bos. In het bos ontspringen vele bronnen en beken. Langs de rivier loopt een spoorlijntje, en de plek is een verbindingspunt waar de luxe van het moderne leven (treinstation, internet, ...) en de uitgestrekte natuur samenkomen. DEUTSCH: Sankt Thomas liegt in einem Tal am Fluss Kyll, und ist vollständig umgeben von einen ausgestreckten Wald. In diesem Wald entspringen viele Quellen und Bäche. Am Wald entlang führt ein Gleis, und der Ort ist der Punkt wo sich der Luxus des modernen Lebens (Bahnhof, Internet, ...) mit der ausgebreiteten Natur verbinden.
