The flat is located on the 3rd floor with a nice view. Everything that is needed can be find in the neighbourhood and with the public transport you any destination quick and easy You are awaited by a big and bright room, with all amenities that are needed to feel good. A very comfortable bed, a table with 2 chairs (can be used for working as well) and a TV. The bathroom and the kitchen will be shared. Tha bathroom has a large bathtub und a big window. In the kitchen you find everything that is needed for cooking (pots and pans, plates and cutlery) You have got your own place where you can make yourself feel home. Kitchen and Bathroom will be shared with me. If you have any questions I will be delightet to help you. I can give you some hints, where to go or informations about the arey. I am always up for a chat. In the neighbourhood you find everything you need to be happy. Supermarkets, Cafés, Pubs und Restaurants are just a few meters away. In front of the house there is a nice bakery where you can get fresh pastries and lovely cakes. Just a few meters away you find the "Eilbek canal" which is a great place to go for a walk or have a picknick. To reach the next trainstation (subway) it only takes 2 minutes footwalk. This train takes you to central station in 11 minutes or to the airport in 20 minutes (without changing). During the weekend the train service proceeds the whole night. There is a bus stop as well. Even parking lots are easy to find.
