House with beautiful peaceful garden

I’m offering the whole house. It is located in a quiet street surrounded by other family houses. The main corridor separates the house into two parts and leads to a beautiful peaceful garden. The garden is perfect for relaxation, sitting on the terrace or by the outdoor grill. There are two bedrooms, a living room, an office/extra bedroom (with a sofa bed), a kitchen and a winter garden. Free WiFi is included. The house is very cozy and the rooms are furnished in a rustic style. There is a lot of natural light. The back of the house faces south and is connected to a winter garden with access to the terrace and the garden. In a corner of the garden there is a second covered seating area with an outdoor grill. There are two bedrooms with double beds, a double sofa bed in the study and 2 extra beds that you can place where you wish. In the surrounding area, you can take many beautiful trips to Šumava, in winter to ski in nearby resorts, in summer to cycle and take nice countryside trips. Guests rent the entire place. Second bedroom and study room will be open for the group 3 and more guests or, where appropriate, by agreement. Sušice has very good connection to the public transport. Car parking is free of charge on the street in front of the house. Dům je v polovině protnut centrální chodbou, která odděluje pracovnu a 2. ložnici od zbylé části domu. Tuto část zpřístupňujeme od počtu 4 a více hostů. Zejm. z důvodu úspory energií a úklid není rozumné pro 2 hosty vytápět celý dům. Děkujeme za pochopení.
