Well located near Snettisham Beach, RSPB reserve, North Norfolk coast, King's Lynn and Sandringham, it features a refurbished kitchen/diner with French doors opening onto courtyard and enclosed garden, bathroom and shower room downstairs, with 3 comfortable bedrooms upstairs. 1 well behaved dog welcome, £10 supplement for extra dog. One parking space outside the cottage. Other free street parking available. Whole house Fen Cottage is located mid terrace in a quiet residential street. Snettisham is a friendly village, small enough to have a sense of community but with enough local attractions to suit most holiday needs. Local shops, pubs and restaurants are easily accessible and there are good village walks, cricket on the green, an historic church and good bus links to King's Lynn and the north coast. There are good bus links from Snettisham. Bus routes 34, 35 and 36 all serve the village, running between King's Lynn and Hunstanton. The 36 Coastliner then runs from Hunstanton along the north coast to Fakenham. Snettisham is just off the main coastal road A149 - under 10 mins drive to Hunstanton and an easy drive along through Thornham, Brancaster, Burnham Overy to Holkham, Wells and beyond. Inland from Norfolk Lavender at Heacham the villages of Sedgford, Ringstead, Docking and on to Burnham Market are all easily reached. To the south of the village, the Sandringham estate is a 15 min drive. Please note both toilets are downstairs, with one situated directly at the bottom of the stairs for easy access from bedrooms.
