Self Contained Garden Room

A quiet retreat offering peace and privacy within a detached building. Separate lockable entrance gate with key available on arrival. Wifi access is included which most guests have found perfectly adequate. Breakfast of cereals, bread, milk and (if requested)sausages, bacon, eggs etc provided for you to cook your own at a time to suit you. Although there is not a full kitchen, we have provided a small oven, microwave, single hob, toaster and kettle. Comfortable room with double bed, tv and shower room/toilet. Usual amenities including kettle, toaster, fridge, small table top oven and single induction hob. Please read full description before you book so you know what to expect on arrival. Parking space near the entrance gate and the key to the gate is inside the garden room (the gate will be unlocked for your arrival). The Garden Room will also be unlocked ready for you. We are on site most of the time. Guests are welcome to share use of the garden if they are happy to encounter the dogs who will require some fuss and attention! RURAL area with strong agricultural activity within The Fens. Sadly our nearest shop (and pub) is around 2.5-3 miles away but we are a comfortable drive away from Sandringham, Norfolk Lavender, Hunstanton and the beautiful north Norfolk coast with many attractions. A car is an essential means of transport as the nearest shop is around 2.4 miles away. The nearest train station is approx 6 miles away. This garden room can also be booked with our other listing (Home from Home Garden Lodge) to accommodate groups of 3/4 guests.
