Your have the rights to use: 1, tatami room 2, downstairs toilet and bathroom 3,my kitchen, if you keep it clean 4, no music after 10.00pm 5, no decoration can get taken from the room 6, no access to upstairs 7, no smoke in the room 8, no shoes allowed on Tatami, only socks I always love visitors. My husband and me first time use Airbnb was in Japan. The landlord was so polite and his hospitality influenced me deeply. I decided to bring this culture in my own house too. Resident street, quite. But bus connection and train station is not that far. Bus Nr.3 get to station "post schoul", and walk 5 mins. Train station called "belvaux-redange", 15 mins to walk.
