Detached Annexe

A lovely detached self contained annexe . Newly decorated and fully furnished.Separate toilet and shower room . Full kitchen , with hob , oven , toaster , kettle , fridge freezer . Cutlery, plates and cooking equipment provided. There is a small patio area outside. Set in the countryside with some lovely local walks . The annexe is in our garden situated approximately 10 metres from our house . Situated near the RSPB headquarters in a beautiful garden . You are welcome to all areas of our garden . We are usually available for any questions you may have regarding your stay . We are knowledgeable about the local area and are happy to point you in the right direction. We are always happy to socialise but equally respect guests that require privacy. We are situated in a lovely countryside setting . We are on the outskirts of Potton . A small market town which has a beautiful market square has two pubs and a restaurant. It’s a 5 minute drive or a brisk 20 minute walk. There is ample off street parking at our property. There is Sandy train station which is 3 miles away and this has a direct route to London in 40 minutes. Lifts to the station or Potton can be arranged for you if notice is given beforehand . We do have a small dog . A cockerpoo called Negen . We will keep him away if guests require .
