‘Broads Reach’ - A great location to explore the Norfolk Broads! Modern house in Stalham Staithe, close to the village of Stalham, near Hickling Broad. Family-friendly accommodation close to the River Ant. Three delightful bedrooms: 1. King-size bed & en-suite shower room; Juliet balcony. 2. Double. 3. Single/double set up with truckle beds. Family bathroom. Comfy living room with TV, Kitchen/diner, downstairs cloakroom, pretty patio area. Private drive for 1 car (height restriction). Now that summer is here, why not visit the Norfolk Broads. A beautiful location for a 'staycation' after so many to watch the change in season. Broads Reach comfortably sleeps 6 adults maximum based on sharing a king-size, a double bed, and 2 single (truckle) beds. Broads Reach is a perfect spot to explore the delightful North Norfolk Broads - in fact, you can see it from the house! Broads Reach benefits from the facilities of the local marina where you can hire a boat for the day to explore the broads; the area also is brilliant for walks, cycling, fishing, and golfing. We also have beautiful beaches nearby - Sea Palling is unspoiled and worth a visit at any time of year particularly during the winter months to seal watch. All the rooms are spacious, we also have a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room with Freesat TV and DVDs/player, as well as TVs in two of the bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite shower/toilet. There is also a family bathroom with an in-bath shower. Downstairs benefits from a cloakroom. We cater for little ones and have a highchair, travel cot (linen not included), and stair gates available on request at no extra cost. Broads Reach has a paved courtyard to the rear of the property and a front seating area to watch the world go by. As there an 'A' road behind the property there may be some associated noise. PLEASE NOTE: To keep rates as low as possible we base our linen charges on 2 people sharing our double beds, so may need to add fees for non-sharing arrangements. Our guests have privacy and access to the entire Broads Reach living space The house has one parking space (with height restriction ) and benefits from roadside places to park nearby. We will brief you via a phone call / text before you set out with important essential information such as directions and the keysafe code should we not be able to greet you in person. If you need anything during your stay please feel free to contact us! Broads Reach benefits from an excellent location: the town of Stalham boasts a lovely high street with cafes, a truly local grocery store, post office, pubs, antique shop and also a large Tesco's with fuel station. The marina and waterfront, which you can see from the house, offers tranquility but also the possibility of adventures! Stalham is on a main bus route to Norwich or there is park and ride. Norwich has an airport where you can hire a car. Please note we only take a minimum of 3-night bookings, and 7 nights during peak periods (roughly the school holidays, but also June/July/September). We have to ask this so we can manage to keep costs like cleaning as low as possible. During this period check-in day is normally Friday at 4 pm, check-out at 10 am Sunday.
