Sunny, Quiet and Conveniently Located House

Conveniently situated for Gatwick Airport, Brighton and London. Bright sunny room for 1 or 2 people (double bed). 8 mins walk from train station. 10 mins by train to Gatwick, 16 mins to Brighton, 40 mins to London Victoria, 1 hour to St. Pancras Conveniently located to Gatwick airport, London, Brighton. Full use of kitchen, bathroom (with toilet), downstairs toilet, lounge dining room (only guests use the dining room) All info needed for a comfortable stay can be emailed/a hard copy left for you as I'm not around that much (neither is my lodger!) Lovely, quiet, friendly residential neighbourhood. Two major supermarkets, less than 10 minutes walk away. Beautiful surrounding areas to cycle and walk around. Local town area, 20 mins walk has a few restaurants, all banks (foreign currency can also be changed in nearby supermarket or post office) and both supermarkets have cafe's. Train is best. The train station has warm, comfortable waiting rooms with wifi. I will be present to welcome guests but I'm not always here in person but around but always accessible online/ phone/ (Hidden by Airbnb) . There's a cupboard in the kitchen with all necessary things for guests and a shared one for crockery and cutlery, pots and pans etc. Stand alone microwave, oven, toaster, Foremans grill. Guests are welcome to cook/heat their own meals. Table and 4 chairs in the dining area to eat. (For guest use ). This is also the best space for use of laptop/computer . The sofa bed is only used in 'emergencies'. It's not included in the number of beds available as it is in an 'open' living room area. There is a small bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet next to the front door. Garden at the front of the house; outdoor seating space at the back. Off street Parking.
