A very specious greenish chalet which has includes the followings : 1- 2bed rooms ( fully furnished ) x16+ 2- 1 master bed room with toilet 3- 3 toilets including the showers 4- one close and one open kitchen fully furnished ( fully furnished ) 5- two indoors halls ( majlis ) 6- one pool The swimming pool is chlorine ( 180 depth ) kids swimming pool attached ( 40 centi depth ) . Two closed garages for two cars, inside the field you can park up to 10 cars . A good place for exercises , yoga, meditation, and relaxing . Watchman 24/7 . Total land area is 852sqm Available by phone or in person if needed The chalet located among the most quite neighborhoods. Usually the neighbors use the streets for jogging and bicycling . 10 mins n by car to Zallaq beach ( 20 min by bicycle), there’s beautiful palaces on the way too see . You can get around by car or bike or by walking its a safe neighborhood. A special note : kindly do not touch the plants, we highly appreciate your cooperation to keep the planet earth green . We prefer to keep the music sounds low by 11 pm on weekdays and by 1 am on weekends to avoid the noises in that area . We would love to thank you for you cooperation with us .
