Our fully renovated apartment with its perfect location in Oostrozebeke center and close connection to the E17 makes this the ideal rental property for people looking to rent a spacious house that can accommodate up to 4 people. The flat is centrally located in the polygon Waregem (12 min), Deinze (23 min), Gent (35 min), Aalter (27 min), Tielt (14 min), Roeselare (25 min), Kortrijk (20 min). This rental property is aimed at and arranged to suit especially 4 temporary (foreign) workers. Our rental property has: - fast & unlimited WIFI in the whole apartment - 2 practical and warm bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one having two single beds - a big living room with a cosy lounge - a fully equipped brand new kitchen with dishwasher, 2 fridges & freezer,.... - a bathroom with bath/shower - a washing machine & dryer for easy laundering - a neat large terrace - a garage The apartment is on the ground floor and can be entered via the front or back entrance. The garage is located at the back entrance. There is also free public parking space in the street in front of the building. We don’t live in this rental house but quite a distance away, we are mainly looking for renters who don’t pay much attention to direct personal contact. You will have the full premises to yourselves. We won’t be there but can be contacted via tel, email and text message. Full instructions on how to enter the house and other details will be sent to you shortly after you make the reservation. Before arriving, we will contact you and provide you the necessary information to make sure you can enter the property and have all the necessary info. Shops: there's a variety of shops in the Wielsbekestraat / Hoogstraat at just 200 m away: - supermarket Aldi at 200m, Colruyt at 1 km - bakery, butcher, restaurant, pub, petrol station, bank, pharmacy, newspapershop,... all within less than 1 km Our property is easy reachable by car. There is one garage box available and there is free public parking space in the street. There is a busstop in front of the building. A smart phone is needed to be able to enter the building / apartment, because we provide you with a digital key.
