Beacon Hill Annex 1, St Peter, is on the West Coast of Barbados, just a walk across the road from beautiful Mullins Beach. Less than 5 minutes drive to Speightstown and 10 minutes to Sandy Lane. The Annex consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, combined living and dining area, kitchen and comfortable enclosed patio. Maid service once a week. Beacon Hill Annex 2 is next door and larger groups can rent both to be together. View the bay from the patio and it's so easy and convenient to pop up and down to the beach with drinks and snacks! Take down your beach chairs or rent directly on the beach. The entire house is yours - there are no shared spaces. We'll offer a special for 12 month stays for remote workers. 24 hr convenience store, restaurants and local food van with delicious Bajan food within walking distance. IMPORTANT NOTICE: There is a 10% Government Sharing Economy Levy payable in cash on arrival for all bookings. The entire property is yours - it is just the driveway that is shared with Beacon Hill Annex 2. There are two parking spaces to the front of Beacon Hill Annex 1, opposite the patio, so renting a vehicle is not a problem. Bus service is just a few steps along the road from the villa as well as beach bars and a spa offering yoga & pilates. As with most beach properties along the West coast, there is some traffic noise, however, we are upwind and, remember, Mullins Bay is just across the road! The majority of guests say that with the air-conditioning on at night and windows and doors closed, the bedrooms are quiet. Using the fan as well as the a/c is also a help. Beacon Hill Cluster is a small residential area off of the West Coast road. Also in the cluster is the Beacon Hill Condo Complex, North Beacon and Beacon Hill Annex 2. We are located opposite Mullins Beach. Restaurants, bars, food vendors, water sports, spa, gas station, with 24 hr convenience store, are all within walking distance. Morning walks along the beach are so peaceful and late afternoon soaking in the sea with a sunset drink are two great ways to avoid rush hour traffic noise. Adequate parking is available and public transportation is just a few steps away. Great place for a family or single friends as the second bedroom has three twin beds while the master room has a king bed. Two twin beds can be made up as a king if needed. We have had cyclists and surfers stay for competitions and they store the bikes and boards in the patio or laundry for safety. Remember, there is a 10% Government Levy, payable in cash on arrival, which Airbnb does not include in their rental total.
