Valcea Studio 2 close to city center

Our family owns 4 identical studios in the same building. The home is in a completely renovated block of flats and all the neighbors are owners from 2020-2021, so many young people. The studio has smart TV so it allows you to watch movies on Netflix / HBO with access to a personal account. In the kitchen you will find a washer with dryer, so you can arrange your clothes if you stay longer. The rooms are very well heated. All pieces of furniture and equipment are new, purchased in January 2021. Our studio has 25 mp and all the rooms are separated by doors. All the furniture is new and it has a good quality. The access is made by handing the key by us. At the moment we prefer this option to give you a tour of the studio. The Traian neighborhood, where we are, is constantly developing and most of the surrounding blocks of flats are being renovated and work is being done to arrange the space, but there is no noise or dust.
