You'll have access to two bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining room/living room which has a cozy wood stove during cool weather. There is a lovely patio area with a table and a fire pit. I provide all linens for the room and eating areas. Great affordable room for a trip to the seacoast area! I provide transportation to the C&J bus and Amtrak station. Be my guest! There are two mostly outside cats on the property. As a guest, you will have access and space in the kitchen and refrigerator if you'd like to cook while you're here. There is a dining room area and a living room with comfortable seating. I live on-site so am available to guests. Quiet neighborhood. Hartswood Road is a quiet dead-end street. Near the UNH wildcat bus route on route 155. The house is just off the Exit 8W on the Spaulding Turnpike so easy to get to where you're going!
