Secluded Glamping Pod With Private Hot Tub

Set in beautiful, secluded surroundings, our glamping pod is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday. The pod is perfectly situated for long country walks, relaxing views and reconnecting with friends and family around the firepit. Finish off the evening with a glass of fizz in the hot tub, gazing at the stars. This is a self-catering, semi-eco glamping pod, sleeping 2 comfortably. A pull-out futon/sofa is also available for young children/additional guests. The kitchen is well equipped with a small fridge (with small freezer compartment), saucepans, dishes, utensils etc. The bathroom area is separate, with toilet (flushable), sink and hot shower. All bedding is provided. For nights when it’s chilly make use and enjoy the log burner. Outside you will find a semi covered terrace area with table and seating for 4. A charcoal BBQ and firepit is provided for use. A wood fired hot tub is available for guests use also. A number of local attractions and amenities lie within easy reach for those who wish to venture away from the pod. You can explore several walks of varying degrees of difficulty. The location is also a cyclist’s dream, with many tracks to explore. There are a number of country pubs which you can either walk or drive to. The pod is situated on a field of 12 acres of private land. Guests are able to park in the near-by designated parking area which will be shown upon arrival. Provided you are able to give me notice of your arrival time, I will meet and greet you between 2pm-6pm and help you transport your luggage to the pod. Anytime after 6pm will be a self check in (instructions to follow). If you do arrive after check in time, the pod is only a short walk away from the car park. Any questions, I will only be a phone call away. A guide will be emailed to you after your booking. It will include all the information for a comfortable stay and also details on how to use appliances, keys and local attractions etc. Secluded in over 12 acres of green land to explore nature. You'll find lots of wildlife around the pod, along with the occasional Deer. If you're country pubs then this is the perfect location for you: - The Kings Head Pub is a lovely 10 minutes walk through the blue bells in the country with some great ales to offer. - The Fox is highly rated if you would like traditional Pub food. 22mins walk away, 4 minutes drive. - The Chequers Inn is a Gastro pub with a great reputation. Recommend to drive, 5 minutes away. If fishing is your thing there is the renowned Furnace lakes with up to six lakes of fishery only down the road. One of the best features of the location is the Downs Link Guildford to Shoreham by Sea. The Downs Link is an old railway path that goes from Guildford to Shoreham by Sea. If you want something for the kids, Fishers Farm Park is only a short 15 minute drive. Something for them to really enjoy and tire them out. The local supermarket is a 10 minute walk away and 2 minutes by car. Upon check in, I will be available to help transport your luggage from the parking area to the pod. Please not, the car park is only a short walk away. Fire Pit and BBQ: A generous supply of wood and one pack of firelighters will be provided per stay. This can be replenished at a cost of £10 for a crate of additional logs. The outside terrace is semi covered under a gazebo in case of rain so you are still able to enjoy the outdoors. Breakfast Hamper: Complimentary Free-range farm eggs from our chickens, bread and orange juice will be provided for you on the day of your arrival. Pets: We welcome well-behaved dogs however this will incur an additional cost of £20 to cover the cost of additional cleaning. Please note that the pod is located close to farms and livestock Bikes are available to hire at an additional cost of £15 per bike per day for a minimum of 2 days. Two bikes are available Tents: There is plenty of space for a tent to be pitched around the pod. An additional charge of £20 will be payable per tent. Please note additional guests will be required to use the toilet facilities within the pod. If there is anything else you would like to make your stay extra special (birthday decorations, fizz on ice etc.) please do just ask. We will be more than happy to try and accommodate and make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
