Featuring a King mahogany canopy bed and en-suite private bathroom with both bathtub and rain shower; this suite comes with a spectacular balcony that overlooks the vineyard and the Niagara escarpment Queen Suite - 2 Queen Beds. Sleeps up to 4 guests. Private bathroom. Elegant vintage farmhouse décor features two metal-framed beds with a soft white classic finish. This suite comes with a marvelous en-suite bathroom that overlooks our vineyard. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Prince and Princess Suite - 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double Bed. Adjoining rooms with shared bathroom. This suite is two separate rooms that connect to one shared bathroom. Containing one queen and one full sized bed, respectively. The fluffy pillows and scenic views provide a peaceful and calming environment. Feel free to use the assortment of cooking equipment to make your desired meal. Alvento Winery, located in Vineland, was founded in 2001 near the waterfront of Lake Ontario. Vineyards are planted on long gentle slopes and enjoy uninterrupted sunshine throughout the day. Winds from the deep waters to the north, cool the sun-drenched vineyards in the summer and warm them on chilly nights. The wind, rain and sun moderate the climatic conditions throughout the season for steady, even ripening. This ancient bond between these elements bring great promise to this special agricultural land. Historically known for its quality wines, Alvento Winery has teamed up with expert Ontario winemaker Marc Pistor who understands the desirable cool-climate and special soils of the region. With decades of winemaking experience in Ontario, Marc brings his passion and expertise and seeks to tell the story of local wine through the unique terroir of the property. Classic premium winemaking grapes like Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Nebbiolo, and Viognier are grown in light sandy soils that warm early and easily in spring and the heavier soils of red clay loam which provides thick and fertile pockets with high water-holding capacity. This unique combination of earth and climate are what make Alvento wines anything but ordinary. Welcome to our Vineyard Villa of Alvento Winery! While enjoying your getaway at our lovely villa, please follow the following rules to keep the space comfortable, clean and organized: 1. In pursuant to Manufacturer’s Licence by The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), any alcohol that is not Alvento's is prohibited to be consumed outside of the Villa, this includes the first-floor patio and vineyard. However, this does not limit the consumption of other brand's alcohol inside the villa and the second-floor patio. 2. Due to fire safety, the maximum number of occupancies inside the villa is 10 people during any given time. Failure to follow this rule might result in the cancelation of staying. For more information about cancelation please refer to Airbnb Help Center. Please remove your outdoor shoes upon entering the villa. 3. For your safety, please always make sure the front & back door is locked and secure upon entering or leaving. 4. Please do not relocate any appliance and fixture (Tv, speaker, lamps...) without consulting the host or on-site staff member. 5. Please position the chairs and bar stools back to the original placement once they have been finished using. 6. Please clean up the kitchen after its uses. (Dishes, knives, cookware, microwave, stoves, oven*, and sinks.) *Please make sure the oven is fat, oil and grease, free after the use (additional cleaning charge will apply otherwise) 7. Please separate your trash during your stay accordingly. Garbage goes into the black bag, recycling goes into the blue bag (to the right of the dishwasher), and compost goes into the white bin. 8. Please do not throw the bath towels on the floor after the use, we have floor mats in the bathroom. 9. Under no circumstance should you reposition the First-aid kit and fire distinguisher in the villa. 10. Please use the home gym in the basement at your own risk, and wipe off any sweat stain after the usage. 11. Please return the house to the original state prior to check-out and bring back the key to the wine retail store. 12. Drink wine and have fun :)
