Room in cosy house, green place, 20' walk to city

My spaces are very open and full of light. I have 2 terraces East and South-West oriented, with a lot of privacy. if you like you can cook in my kitchen, and eat in my living. Or outside ... i can be very discrete but also like to talk with the guests if they like it; i can explain some things about the city, because I work for it (Urban planning, culture, history, etc...). It is soooo green and quiet! You walk 20 minutes and you are in the center of our city, station, ... I like to travel myself, ... So that explains everything, doesn't it? :-)
