Enjoy the clean, cozy and relaxing bedroom with one Queen size bed and full size mirror closet with plenty of storage spaces to store luggage. There are two windows that allows to illuminate the natural light inside the room with curtains that adjust the natural light needed for the room. It also have vanity mirror with ample amount of drawers spaces for your clothes and other (Website hidden by Airbnb) a safe, beautiful and quiet neighborhood and just 10 mins to JFK and 2 mins walk to LIRR train station. Clean, quiet, cozy but huge room. Guest have access to living room and kitchen and has its own cable TV and mini fridge in the room. I like to interact with the guests. I like to meet and greet my guest and if they have any questions, I'm always available. I treat my guest like my friends. I love my neighborhood because it is very safe, clean and quiet. It's five blocks away from police station. It's 15 mins away to Long beach and Jones beach. I’m also three blocks away from the fire station. It is 10 minutes drive to JFK airport and 2 minute walk to LIRR train station. Easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and movie theater and gym. Across the street, there’s an Italian restaurant named Taverna, Chinese restaurant, Drug store, Malverne Pastry, and a Wine store. Two to three blocks are the Irish Restaurant called Connolly Station and , movie theater called Malverne Cinema, the gym called Fitness 19, pizza restaurant and Chinese restaurant. My place is also suitable for medical students, doctors, traveling nurses, traveling physical therapy, traveling surgical technicians and any professionals that will work in the hospital. My place is close to Mercy Hospital, Wintrop Hospital, Franklin Hospital, South Nassau Community and Long Island Jewish Hospital. I'm available if they need my help or have any questions. It has ten steps of stairs going up to the room.
