Cabin in the countryside

3 bedroom cabin set in 5 acres of private land in the countryside close to Castle Hedingham and surrounding areas. The cabin has 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, 1 bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and a large living room. Guests will have access to all 5 acres of land. It is perfect for a short or long countryside break. NB: Host also lives on the property in a separate building and has a dog, 2 cats and handful of friendly chickens and ducks who roam the garden freely. We can arrange to have a sofa bed to be put up in the living room so that a total of 7 people can stay in the cabin. Please let us know in advance if you are a party of less than 5 people and would like the sofa bed. We welcome pets as we have a lot of animals ourselves! Unfortunately, due to a few bad experiences, we will be adding a £30 cleaning fee if pets are brought along. We must stress that no pets are allowed on the furniture in the cabin, especially not the sofas. We have also had some instances of over energetic dogs chasing our cats, chickens and ducks and therefore will ask that all dogs be kept on leads when outside. All of the 5 acres which includes: - pond - fruit garden - chicken shed (with permission) As little or as much interaction as they would like! Cabin is very close to the quiet village of Castle Hedingham, Hedingham Castle and Colne Valley Railway (5min drive). Other places such as Dedham Vale and Colchester are a short drive away - perfect for a short break to the countryside. Car is recommended. We also have some fresh farm produce which guests can purchase - namely chicken and duck eggs as well as seasonal fruit/veg grown on site.
