In the heart of Alentejo, a family raised a magical home of contemplation, serenity and silence. The House 'Casa do Vale da Terra Negra' is located in Alvito, between Évora and Beja, 1h30m from the Lisbon and Faro airports and 1h from Comporta beach. Integrated into a 10 hectares property, surrounded by century-old olive trees, it can be rented for a minimum stay of 3 nights. It is ready to welcome families to a total of 10 people with total privacy. A one-story house of 220 square meters in a 10 hectares property. Past the courtyard is the living room as well as the dining area and the kitchen. The green bedroom, with a double bed and private bathroom, is the main bedroom of the house. The remaining three bedrooms are past a hall at the end of the living room. In the orange bedroom there is a double bed and private bathroom with a bathtub. The white bedroom (with a double bed) and the blue bedroom (with 2 bunk beds) share a bathroom. The house is surrounded by a 3000m2 lawn, which is separated from the rest of the property by a fence, with two gates as exits. The house will be exclusively for the guests. Access to the garage and laundry room is conditional At the moment of arrival and during the stay the guests may ask for support from the owner or from a person appointed by him. The house is located in Vila Nova da Baronia, one of the two parishes from the small county of Alvito. The tourist office, located 5 km from the house, can provide all of the information about the main monuments, trails and places to visit in the area. The house is 1500m from the train station of Vila Nova da Baronia, with trains connecting Lisbon to Beja.
