Recently renovated villa with breathtaking sea sight encircled by maquis.We offer you 1 to 3 rooms with modern furnished and private bathroom. You can easily get to the village centre and get to the fabulous beaches or take some relax in the garden. Quiet and relaxing place with a wonderful sea sight. From dawn to sunset you will live emotioning experience looking at the continuous changing of the colours of the sea in front of your room. Very close to the town centre and to Cantagallina beach, wonderful for children. The villa is immersed in a green flowered garden. We have only 3 bedrooms named "Caletta", "Guidi" and "Cantagallina" like some of the most famous beaches in St. Peter Island. The pictures showed in this ad are about "Caletta" room. You can give a look to the other 2 rooms in the the ad called Carloforte seaview villa room 2 and 3. Each room can accomodate 2 people, with a double bed or 2 single beds. "Caletta" is the biggest room has a functional little kitchen as you can see by the pictures. Each room is equipped with safe deposit box, mosquito net, ceiling fan, umbrella. In respect of nature, the hot water is supplied by a solar energy system. For long stay (one week or more) we will PERSONALLY accompany you in the most characteristic places of the Island. We live just upstairs and we are at your disposal to make yourself at home. Every day we'll suggest you the best place to visit and will advise you where to find calm sea depending on the wind. Exciting walks in the maquis start just out of the house. The breeze of the hill and of the sea make the termperature very pleasant. On the way to La Punta where you can visit the old "tonnara" of Carloforte. From Cagliari airport: - daily taxi service from Cagliari airport to Portovesme port or Carloforte - car rental inside the airport: drive to Portovesme and take the ferry to the ferry to Carloforte. From Cagliari harbour: drive to Portovesme then get on the ferry to Carloforte. Scooters, bikes and electrical bikes rental available in the village.
