A self contained one bedroom annexe, joined on to our family home, with accommodation for 2 adults and up to 2 children up to the age of 18. Entrance via shared porch. Upstairs with kingsize daybed and ensuite shower room. Downstairs with living space and kitchen. Can add two mattresses for children. Shared used of our family garden with trampoline, children's play equipment. Baby equipment available - travel cot, high chair. Kitchen has electric oven and hob, toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave. Fully equipped for self catering. (There are lots of nice restaurants in the town centre if you'd rather not cook!) Less than 5 minutes by car to Savernake Forest. 10 minutes by car to Avebury, Silbury Hill & the Ridgeway Within one hour to Bath, Stonehenge, Oxford, Legoland. It's probably easiest getting to Marlborough by car. However, there is a regular bus service from Swindon to Salisbury that stops just 2 minutes from the house. There is a once a day National Express service to Marlborough from London & Heathrow. The nearest train stations are at Hungerford, Pewsey & Bedwyn, with direct trains to London Paddington via Reading. There are connecting bus services to Marlborough. Nearest airports are Southampton (60 mins by car), Heathrow (1 hr 10 mins) & Bristol (1 hr 20 mins). We are a family with four young children. You will have your own space in the annexe but may occasionally hear us!
