Now You have the opportunity to stay in our private "resort" Villa with private garden with a full size heated pool. You are within 500m from the 14th tee of one of Swedens most renown golf courses and 900m from one of Swedens best beaches. The Villa offers you all the necessary’s you may need on your vacation, with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and sleeping arrangements for 6-8 people. All bedrooms are facing the private back yard with easy pool access. Eight years ago, our family bought our first house. A worn down 1970’s quite ugly house in fifty shades of brown and a garden completely overgrown with trees and bushes. We however saw a potential that we over the years have made reality of. We now wish ta share this completely renovated house with you. This is a single-story 160 sqm Villa with the WOW-factor (at least for us). The interior has exclusive wooden floors, light colors, tasteful Scandinavian design, fireplace and a kitchen built for entertaining. The pool garden is designed as an area where You, your family and guests can hang out all day, with multiple seating areas, always making sure you make the best of the weather. The pool area with its 8 by 4 m heated pool and a large wooden deck with an exclusive barbeque, lounge area and two dining areas. You have a grass area for games, a large trampoline where kids of all ages can play and within the immediate neighborhood you have nice playgrounds and a football flied. Within walking distance from the Villa you have golf course, beach, recreation areas, multi arenas for games, grocery store, pizzeria and Trattoria, beach front restaurants overseeing the ocean. You also have the best seafood shop in Helsingborg within biking distance. The Villa’s owners are a family of four with two girls in the age of 9 and 11, which means that the Villa is suitable for the family. The interior design of all rooms does however suit all ages which makes it a perfect place for a golf getaway with your friends. Bikes can in most cases be provided depending on guest specifications. Rydebäck offers you train access to Helsingborg, Lund, Malmö and Copenhagen. 50 meters from the Villa there is a bus-stop with busses leaving every 20 minutes into Helsingborg (15 minute ride). Enjoy beautiful Helsingborg or why not “Tura” to Helsingör. From the Villa you can easily make daytrips to all parts of Skåne. If you are a golfer, the host-package includes a complete guide to golfing in the region. A region that offers you some of the best golf courses in Scandinavia with two European Tournament Courses with in a 45 minute drive. For the avid hiker you are right at the start of both stage 7 & 8 of “Skåne-leden” and within a relatively short drive from National Parks Kulla Berg and Söderåsen. In short, this is a house where you can spend you holiday, just enjoying the house, pool, beach and the village of Rydebäck or the perfect place for exploring the south of Sweden. As a golfer, can it get any better than spending the days on the golf course and ending it with barbeque and pool hang out in the garden at you own private “resort”.
