A Long Stay in River Hills

Our rooms are for peace and quiet. For any artists, writers, travelers, or for those who just need some time of solitude, this is where you can relax. Our home is our sanctuary, and we love to share it with other people. Please don’t feel confined to the rooms, guests will have access to a few bathrooms, living room, laundry room, and the porch. Please feel free to take a walk around the property or read a book by the living room window. We’d love to have you. Also, please see our house rules. Guests should feel comfortable to wander. All we ask of guests is just to stay out of any bedrooms that they didn’t reserve. This listing is for two rooms in the lower level of our home. The area has two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, workspace, and a common area just for guests. This area is only for our guests. Main kitchen (shared), kitchenette, common area, bathroom with laundry, porch/yard (shared), upstairs bathrooms (shared) We'd love to get to know all of our guests, although it isn't out of the ordinary for us to not interact with guests at all. Please don't be offended if we don't interact face-to-face. We have a very casual check-in process which can create a lot of comings and goings. Sometimes the house can be completely empty; sometimes the house will have eight people staying the night. If we see you, we'll always say hello. We are always available via call or text. River Hills is a very quiet neighborhood. There are a lot of ranch style houses with private driveways. This means there is very little street light at night.
