Beautiful, bright 2 bedroom old town apartment
We offer a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in the old town of Kaiserslautern. The Kaiserslauter nightlife district, the city centre with its countless shops, restaurants and the huge shopping mall are just a few steps away. It takes about 10-15 minutes "walk to the train station and stadium. The apartment has a fully-equipped small pantry kitchen, a cosy dining bar, a bedroom with a 1.40m futon bed and a desk, and a living room with a cosy corner sofa with sleeping function for 2 people (1,90m). It is perfect for 2 people, but if necessary 4 people can also sleep in it. There is also a small bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower. Wlan Internet and a smart TV are also available, of course. Although the location is absolutely central, it is also very quiet and safe in a traffic-calmed playground. From the train station, the apartment can be reached in a 10-15 minute relaxation. The central bus hub, from which you can reach any point in our county, is 3 minutes away. The parking situation is relaxed. There is usually a parking space in front of the house. A 24-hour ticket costs 3 euros. Parking is free from 7pm to 8am and Sundays and public holidays. If you are travelling from further afield, Frankfurt/Main Airport is about an hour away by public transport. By the way, with ICE, you'll be in Paris in just over three hours. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our apartment building. We live directly above it and try to stand aside with advice and deeds if necessary. We will try to receive you in person. If you check in very late or we are not at home, a key safe with a combination of numbers is available. Bed linen and towels are available. We always try to leave you a perfectly clean housing opportunity, but we ask you to leave the premises in the condition you wish to encounter.
