'The little house' is a pretty, self contained cottage suitable for singles, couples + small families. The open plan design makes it ideal for elderly guests or those with impaired mobility. Wet room+WC+basin Second WC+basin Small kitchen Combined living+dining area Bedroom area+french door to garden Private car park. Equipped with two XL bean-bags, the gallery is a fun sleeping space for children, teens+small adults. We have pet hens! Also dogs, cats, a rabbit, guinea pigs and a fish pond. Wide, open plan, very cosy cottage with quality furnishings, mod cons, and lots of additional comforts. Top of the range bed with two memory foam mattresses, both with electric controls to position the bed as you wish for a perfect night's sleep. Heating is through electric radiant panels: better for health and harmony. We are Vegan and massively in to Animal Rights. Guests are welcome to collect eggs from the chicken coop for breakfast. There is a small gallery landing that is equipped with two extra large bean bags. These are super comfortable for sleeping on and have proved especially popular with our younger guests. There is also a pull out single bed with a comfortable mattress. The kitchen is small but well stocked, equipped with a compact tabletop oven with a two ringed hob, a microwave, a fridge with freezer compartment, a toaster and kettle and a water filtration jug. We supply either oat or soya milk for your stay. Please let us know which you prefer. We also supply complimentary fruit, tea bags, coffee and ground coffee, loo roll, hand wash, bath towels and all bedding. The products we supply are vegan and cruelty free. The garden, which is rather muddy in the winter months, is where the hens roam free and where the guinea pigs and rabbit reside in their luxurious abode. Cats, two dogs, frogs and hedgehogs also; the garden is a pretty lively space, even in winter time! We are in the main house, you are in the little house with your own patio and access from the car park. Tap on the back door of the main house any time you need assistance. We are always happy to help. We are set back from a quiet residential road and detached from other properties, but do have a neighbouring preschool nursery. This means you may occasionally hear toddlers at play outdoors. The little house is ideally located for visiting Hull's most popular venues and destinations including Hull University, the Bonus Arena, the KC Stadium, Holy Trinity, Castle Hill hospital, Hull Royal Infirmary, the Deep, the Marina and Hull's historic old town. The little house is no more than ten minutes walking distance to all of the popular restaurants, cafes and bars located on Newland and Prince's Avenue. Whatever your reason for visiting Hull, our location will prove perfect. We have lots of pets! Hens roam the garden (and occasionally like a cuddle), and in good weather our rabbit and guinea pigs are also out on the lawn. We have two friendly but sometimes barky dogs, (both Romanian rescues), and four cats. For this reason we must insist that young children should at all times be supervised when in the garden.
