The accommodation is situated in a secluded spot overlooking the River Derwent. A Stone built, single storey building with a contemporary interior finish. Furnished to a high standard with a warm and welcoming biomass boiler which heats the water and underfloor heating. Overlooking grassland with its own enclosed garden and seating area. Parking available to the front door. Kingfisher Lodge is a self-catering property with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a private garden to the rear of the property overlooking grassland and ponies. You have access to the immediate area in and around Kingfisher Lodge. Plenty of parking. You are welcome to walk over the field to the river. Kingfisher Lodge is located in the peak district village of Froggatt. A quiet neighbourhood with plenty of walking paths to explore from the doorstep. The nearest bus stop is a 7 minute walk and the nearest train station is in Grindleford, a 5 minute drive away where you can get trains to Sheffield or Manchester.
