Beautiful 1,500 sq ft lake house with breathtaking view of Eagle Mountain Lake. This one-bedroom home is located on two acres of lake front property in a quiet neighborhood. During your stay, you will have access to the boathouse which has a boat dock for fishing and an upper deck where you can kick back and relax while enjoying the lake. Newly remodeled lake house with a spacious master bedroom, large office area and gorgeous view of the lake. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized adjustable bed and 49" Smart TV. In the living room, you get a great view of the lake, an electric fireplace and a 55" Smart TV. The kitchen has all of your basic cooking and serving supplies and there is a large office area available with Wifi. The boathouse, deck and lake are available to you during your stay. We ask that you do not use the equipment in the boathouse/dock area, zip line or hot tub. Owners are located on the property and can be contacted by phone or AirBnb messaging. We are located on a private road with lake access. The property is protected by a gate that requires a code to enter. Upon arrival, you will be let in by the owners and given a unique passcode to have access to the property during your stay. The owners are located on the same property in a separate house.
