Hamilton House annex comprises a lounge with French windows overlooking the front garden, kitchen/diner with access door to the side and rear of the property and purpose-built wet room. Upstairs are two bedrooms (a double and a single) and a bathroom with WC, basin and bath with shower over. Outside is a patio area to the rear and a terraced area outside the French window to the font of the property. The annex has gas central heating, a gas oven and electric ceramic hob and unlimited Wi-Fi. The Annex was purpose built in 1998 with disabled access in mind. It benefits from gas-fired cental heating and also has unlimited WiFi available. The Smart TV allows guests to use their own Netflix and Prime accounts to view their favourite programming. The front terrace is ideal for enjoying the garden in the morning sunshine, while the rear terrace allows you to soak up the afternoon sun with just the birdsong for company. The Annex adjoins the main property - Hamilton House - where the owners, your hosts live and are generally on site if you have any problems or queries. There is allocated secure parking within the grounds of the main house. Additional parking is available directly behind the property in a communal parking area. Peter and Becca live in the main house with their dog, Poppy, and are available to answer any queries or share options about activity in the local area. In the event of them not being at home they can be contacted on their mobiles. Stonehenge lies about 12 miles away just off the A303. Within easy reach by car are the Cathedral cities of Salisbury and Winchester. A short walk from Hamiliton House lies Tedworth Park, ideal easy walking terrain. It is also the home of Armed Forces polo and matches are played there most weekends during the summer. Tidworth is a garrison town. It has two supermarkets and a number of fast food outlets. There is also a leisure centre with a 25m swimming pool and toddler pool, squash courts, a sports hall with climbing wall and a gym. If golf is your thing then there are two courses within 5 miles, the nearest just on the western edge of town. There is a bus stop just outside the Garrison entrance, less than 300m away, giving access to buses to Andover, Amesbury and Salisbury. Mainline railway services are available at Grateley, about 8 miles away.
