Lovely studio in Augsburg

Dear guests! I kindly invite you to visit my lovely cosy studio in one of the most pleasant & quiet districts of Augsburg. It is very green without industry or production. I am sure this lovely studio will match any guest: those, who want to visit Augsburg – tourists, business travelers, transit visitors. The apartment is also convenient for those who come to Augsburg for medical checkup, treatment or aftercare. It is situated on the third floor of a modern condominium with a small yard. Studio has an outstanding garden view. Large balcony is one of its advantages. Studio was renovated in August 2017, and equipped with all necessary staff for your comfort stay. • Full-size double bed • Sofa as an extra bed • Small well-organized kitchen with basic household appliances: o 2-burner stove o Washing machine o Refrigerator o Microwave o Coffee machine o Kettle My family & I pay careful attention to the domestic order so you may count on clean bathroom, fresh sheets and fluffy towels. It will take you only 10-15 minutes walking to get to the Augsburg central hospital (Augsburg Zentralklinikum). There is a supermarket (5 min walking) next to the apartment. In 5-10 minutes, there is a huge shopping mall. For those who travel by car, please, note that, unfortunately, there is no separate parking slot. However, good for you, there are free parking zones in the neighborhood. Studio is situated next to the driveway. It will take you around 40 minutes to get to the Munich center or around an hour to get to the Neuschwanstein Castle\ Ingolstadt Outlet Village. Bus station is right in front of the house. In 15 minutes, you are in Augsburg city center. I am happy to host you as my guests. But still there are some rules. I kindly ask you to treat the apartment carefully as I did my utmost to create pleasant atmosphere there. Please, maintain order & neatness. Please, try to be quiet after 21:00 & on the weekends as we respect our neighbors and their rights.
