Bright, cosy and quiet studio near Augsburg-Messe

Our studio is close to "Messe Augsburg", University and the Gebetshaus. -Short walking distance to downtown Göggingen -10 minutes from the Augsburg city center by public transportation. -located in the ground floor in a private, quiet and very green street. -very bright, big windows, cosy, kitchen is well equipped. You have your own parking lot for free in front of the house The extra beds (2 matresses) is a pull-out bed Suitable for couples, single persons, business people, small families The kitchen is well equipped with Coffee machine, water boiler, stove, oven, microwave, fridge, as well as diverse kitchen utensils, cutlary, glasses, dishes and pots. Bedding and towels are included. If you need a baby travel bed, please let us know in advance. Closet available in the studio (no picture available) The studio is located in the ground floor of our house, but you don't have to go through our house to access it. As we live with our family in the main house where the studio is located, we would like to give you the opportunity for using the washing machine and/or dryer for your clothes against a fee. Please adress to us directly for this service. You can enjoy free internet /WLAN We will give you any tips and help we can during your stay in our studio, don't hesitate to ask us ! The house is situated within a residencial area not far away from many different recreational areas. If you are interested in a nice Biergarden in Augsburg Göggingen, look up in internet for the "Kulperhütte" for example. You need to buy groceries? A big supermarket is reachable by foot in 5 minutes. Other grocerieshops, the bakery, butchery and pharmacy and much more are available in downtown Göggingen, 10 min walk from the studio. The Gebetshaus in Augsburg (Pilsenerstr. ) is just a 5 minutes Walk from our home. Bus to downtown Augsburg and/or to Augsburg Messe is in front of the house (Line 41, Bus stop Bergiusstrasse) Tram 1 from Augsburg-Göggingen to Augsburg city center is within a 10 minutes walk. Train Station "Messe DB" taking you to Augsburg Train station and city center is within a 5 minutes walk. The "Messe" itself is reachable by foot in 15 minutes , about 1,2 km. Please note that MESSE AUGSBURG ist not the same location than MESSE MUNICH. If you are visiting MESSE AUGSBURG, we are very close to it. But if you are visiting MESSE MUNICH, we are not a good choice... (90 km away!)
