Our newly built house situated in a small village with a beautiful view of the Neufnachtal. The apartment has an attractive setting with lots of wood and warm tones. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed, and spend a cozy sitting area to socialize at the leaves. The living area is equipped with a kitchen that offers everything, what need four people. The sunny bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a relaxed preserves the atmosphere. The apartment is equipped with shower and toilet. television, Telephone and Internet connection are also available. The basement has a sauna and a washing machine! Outdoors there are: Garden furniture, charcoal grill and a covered swimming pool 8m x 4m (Pool for common use by hosts). For our younger guests a playground. If necessary, we will gladly charge a travel bed, High chair and table seating available. We ask you not to smoke in the apartments! Here you can relax and enjoy your holiday, because neither traffic nor big city noise disturbing the rest. Especially for children there is a "paradise", as they can go undisturbed and without concern over the meadows and adjacent forests to explore.
