The house is located in idyllic Sjöängen south of Stockholm. It is located at the end of a quiet blind alley with a breathtaking view of lake Drevviken where there is a child-friendly beach and beautiful nature reserves. By public transport you will be in Stockholm City in 20 minutes. The house, 185 sqm, has all modern amenities, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one with sauna, separate TV room, dining room, living room and laundry. The terrace, 130 sqm, is divided into different rooms for breakfast, lunch, apéritif and dinner. There is also a terrace for yoga. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the house. By the beach there is a large meadow with playgrounds for children and an outdoor gym for adults. On the site there is parking for at least two cars. You have access to the whole house except for an office, a walk in closet and the garage. Sjöängen is part of Trångsund, 15 km south of Stockholm. It is an idyllic villa area by the beautiful lake Drevviken where you can swim, canoe, fish and skate in the winter. Sjöängen is located between the vibrant life of the capital Stockholm and nature. Drevviken borders a nature reserve with well-marked hiking trails. South of Sjöängen, 15 minutes by car, is Tyresta National Park with 55 km of hiking trails through ancient forest. There is a bus that takes you to the commuter train in 3 minutes. The train takes you into Stockholm City in 18 minutes. My cat, Zorro, is staying with you in the house. He is a very quiet and social cat that comes and goes as he wishes through his own door. As my guest you are welcome to feed him in the morning and in the evening.
