Tim's Seaside House near the Airport

In a distance of just 100 meters from the seaside of Agios Andreas, which is located in the famous Marathon area, lies a lovely modern house ideal for families and groups of friends, who want to have a calm and relaxing time next to the sea. The house is situated in a gated community that offers parking for 2 cars along with a calm and safe residence surrounded by beach bars, traditional greek restaurants and other activities. We're 20min far from the airport and 10min far from Rafina's port The kitchen is very well organised and equipped. There is oven, microwave, refrigerator,a variety of panes and pots to cook whatever you want, and a dishwasher. Next to the bathroom there is a storeroom with a laundry basket and a washing machine. There is an air condition in the living room which can cool or heat the whole house. We also provide satellite TV (no paid channels) with thousands of channels from all over the world! In the courtyard there is a barbeque that can be used at any time. You can also use our yellow canoe for your sea activities which can easily be transferred to the sea! You will be given a gate control for your entrance/exit to/from the community The best way to move around is to rent a car. But even if you don't, there is a bus stop right outside the gated community, that can take you straight to the center of Athens or to a subway station.
